This week we are doing Hit at Assembly. I was doing the hard Hit. The moves we were suppose to do was Pull ups, Push-up, Mountain climbers and Bring sally/squat challenge. HIT stands for High-intensity interval training .
How to do the pull ups
Put your hands on the bars and pull you body up.
How to do the Push ups
put your hands on the ground and push the ground then go back down to the ground.
How to do the mountain climes
Put your hands on the stage and do the hinges.
how to do the Bring sally/squat challenge
stand up strait and do the squat poles if the song say bring sally up, Bring sally down and you can't go back up until the song says bring sally up.
